Yay! There are only 10 days left on the countdown until I
move to NYC!!! In numerology, 10 is a number of new beginnings and creativity.
In the spirit of ‘10’ I woke up today with the urge to dance my pants off! I couldn’t
begin to explain where this burst of energy came from, but I can say that joy
does come in the morning! Today, I was celebrating me, woohoo! My room was the
place to be and the party was on! Still in my pajamas, I started rockin’ out to
some of my favorite jamz as if I were on a giant stage—it was so much fun!
The playful, light energy I created remained with me the
entire day. I found myself giggling at random moments. I thought, “what if I
did this every day?” Wouldn’t it be awesome to start your day off with a party
every once in a while—a celebration of YOU?!
I learned that it is important to ‘set your day up’ the
way you want it to go every morning. Don’t just wake up and get into your daily
routine. Give yourself a few moments to think about what you want to create
each day. Consider how you feel, and how it will affect you and everyone you
encounter for the rest of the day.
That’s my secret to having an awesome day, no matter
what! Start with an intention and move through it, I promise you won’t be
disappointed!
